Multi-day tour booking software

Tour operator software for trips that run over more than one day

A multi-day trip isn't a day tour repeated. Each guest keeps a place across the itinerary, while accommodation, equipment and guide capacity need to line up for the whole departure. Guests often book months ahead, pay a deposit first and need their details ready before they arrive.

3% when guests book. No monthly fee.

One booking has to work across the whole trip

A day-tour booking usually starts and ends the same day. Multi-day departures add more moving parts: places are occupied for several nights, kit is allocated for the group, and a deposit today has to turn into a ready-to-go guest weeks or months later.

Availability across dates

Track places, room types and extras for each departure, so a guest can't take the last bed or item of kit twice.

Deposits and balances

Take a deposit at booking and keep track of what's due before departure, without piecing together payment records from messages and bank statements.

Guest details before arrival

Collect waivers, experience levels, dietary needs and emergency contacts as part of the booking, ready for planning and check-in.

For adventure tour operators

Booking software for hiking, rafting and adventure tours

Roamer started with surf and SUP camps, and the same setup works for any trip where guests stay several days and share a limited number of places, beds and kit.

Hiking and camping tours

Cap each departure at your group size, sell tents, sleeping bags or hut nights as extras, and collect fitness levels and medical notes before the trip.

Rafting and river tubing trips

Limit places on each departure, take a waiver and swimming ability with every booking, and see who has signed before anyone gets on the water.

Snorkelling and boat trips

Count places per departure, hire out masks, fins and wetsuits as extras, and gather swimming confidence and medical details in your own questionnaire.

Canyoning and climbing tours

Keep groups to your guide ratio by capping places, take waivers up front and check every guest's experience level on the departure list.
