Without a system, every departure runs on manual lists. A guest who upgrades their room or decides to hire a board instead of bringing their own means another email, another reply to record and another list to update. Last-minute changes are the hardest to keep straight.
When places, a room type or an extra run out, guests can no longer choose them.
Update a booking yourself, and any extra cost is added to what the guest owes.
Roamer counts who booked which room type. You put guests in rooms when they arrive.
Three things to set on each departure. Roamer keeps count of all of them.
The most guests the departure takes, for example 6 on a surf week.
If the trip includes accommodation, add your room types, such as standard and premium, each with its own occupancy. Day camps can leave this out.
Premium board hire, extra coaching or 1 to 1 video analysis, each with a limit set by the kit and time you have.

Once a room type or extra runs out, guests can no longer pick it.
You update the booking for them. Any extra cost goes on their balance. If they've already paid it, the extra shows as outstanding before departure, with a payment link.
Places, rooms and extras are part of Roamer. You pay 3% of the bookings you take and nothing in a month with no bookings.
Book a call and we'll set up one of your departures with its places, rooms and extras, so you can see what a guest would be offered. Anything this page doesn't cover, we go through on the call.
